Natasha Baker is an award-winning Australian contemporary realist artist, creating radiant still life oil paintings, alongside delicate, emotive renderings of birds and animals. Influenced by the Old Masters, Natasha’s work is an elegant exploration of light, form, and quiet presence.
Working from her home studio nestled in Western Australia's tranquil Swan Valley, Natasha derives her work directly from nature, observation and stillness. Each piece reveals a quiet complexity that invites pause and introspection, offering the viewer a "visual exhale" and transforming spaces into sanctuaries of quiet elegance.

Capturing LiGHT
For me, creating art is all about capturing light; the mellow glow of old silver, the flash of a reflection throw off a polished brass jug, the shimmering reflections on a polished board, or the radiant glowing colors of sunlight passing through the translucent flesh of a fruit or soft petals."
